(We have enough participants and sub-ins, I will be looking over the remaining sign-ups I missed to deny or allow the remaining sub-ins. You will not be able to apply until I reopen the sign-ups again.) Sign-ups closed - 2/10/2026 First Sub-in close - 2/23/2026 (The final contestant has been chosen as of February 10th, 2026. The rest below is from before then. If you remix after this deadline, you may be considered as a sub-in. Previous remixes will also be treated as sub-in sign-ups if necessary, but we will confirm ahead of time if you would actually like this position when needed.) [THIS IS NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT, I AM JUST INVITING SPECIFICALLY YOU!!!!!!] (If you got sent this project, it means we want YOU to apply!!! I handpicked everyone I invited!!!!) Deadline for signups is currently : 2/15/26 THERE IS CURRENTLY NO LIMIT TO HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SIGNUP! We're looking to exceed 16 participants this time. (Press space or click when you get to the signup to look through it) TOURNAMENT REWARDS - There will likely be like the winner, the runner up, personal favorite of the people, best animation, etc. There will likely be something akin to a "rewards show" where prizes will be handed out. Prizes are currently undecided, but may include a custom rig of any character/OC of your choice (from me, if I can do it), a follow from both hosts, some kind of epilogue involving your character and the aftermath of the tournament, etc. These rewards will likely be decided based upon how many people participate. (AKA increasing with more people) ((also yes, the strength of your OC being x/100 is intentional because I wanted a larger scale)) If you want to sign up for The Triumvirarial, remix this project and fill in the info in the slip! (it's in the project) NOTE - We will try to pick people out and send invites, but if you weren't invited THAT'S FINE! You can still apply, and we have a very low bar for animator requirement. We plan to make voting the main way that people win or lose, so look forward to that too. (Only hosts may vote.) A note about Fazel and D.o.l (the characters in the project) - They serve one of the three gods and will essentially be serving as announcers. They may provide input on certain chains after they finish, the general tournament and how its progressing, etc. The tournament rules: Do not metagame. No outside help. Don't god mod. Refrain from being overpowered. Avoid lazy animations like spamming a blaster engine, it's just annoying for both me and your opponent. Don't be biased.
Music by SandleOnlean (commissioned, for use as a fazel talk theme (it's not like a Triumvirarial theme i just thought it would be cool to use since I haven't used it yet)) List of sub-ins @BlackFlower99 - (replaced plasmakidd) @happysuperl - (already subbing for blackflower) @the_great_ez_13 (if necessary) @Scratch-hedgehog (subbing for cypher) @LemonBoiIsHappy (replaced Phonker) @hi12345hi12 (subbing for varis) @AtomicOperations (subbing for pandemonium) @Mxtioritr Explanation - The Triumvirarial (TRIUM for short) is a standard elimination animation/OC tournament hosted by three mysterious gods, labeled the TRINODEUS, over motivations that are still vague to contestants. (This tournament will OFFICIALLY be hosted by myself, @getnoob1234567890, and @dusttrustfinalty, my friend.) This tournament will consist of several rounds which will continue to eliminate people through the losers (which will be determined by voting amongst tournament members) until 2 remain, whereafter the 2 will fight in one final remix chain before an overall winner is finally decided. What this winner will be awarded is still yet to be seen, but it is likely to be something extremely valuable and or powerful. The people who are accepted will eventually be sorted into a bracket and will fight their opponents in round one, and the tournament will continue from there. The limit to the number of people who may participate in the tournament is no limit, but after this project is closed for signups, no more participants may enter unless there are some extenuating circumstances which require their entry. Do NOT apply if the signups literally say "closed". If you are unaware how the actual fighting and such itself works, it is explained below. In an OC fight tournament like The Triumvirarial, you must have an OC. To fight your opponent, one of you will decide who will make the first project and they will make it. From there, you will begin remixing each other with your turns (wherein you progressively fight each other) until either the deadline arrives or one of you ends the fight. Remember : Deadlines are likely going to be flexible, but don't abuse them. Make sure you are being thoughtful of your opponent and allowing them to get their remixes in and not just taking 3 months to make a single remix. Make sure you are mindful of the deadline and of your opponent. If you want an example of a good remix chain in the tournament format, look at this : https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1125071353/
