Queen Toriel takes the throne after the death of Asgore Dreemurr (yes this is after the neutral route), and makes a major change: "All humans who fall down will be treated as friends.". Overtime, the queen began loosing her sanity, with the humans constantly dying. this led her to revert the rule, and announced again, "All humans who fall down will DIE!". in the events of THE LAST RESORT, everything is in shambles. - the Ruins is indescribably broken, being a shell of what was its former self. - Snowdin has heat up a lot. All the trees are Leaveless, all the snow is gone.
