(Click for a roar) The Mutadon is a failed mutated dinosaur-pterosaur hybrid of Velociraptor and a pterosaur (presumably Pteranodon) and is the secondary antagonist of Jurassic World: Rebirth. The first Mutadons were created by InGen as one of many experimental hybrids at a research facility on Ile Saint-Hubert, originally planned for Jurassic World. However, after the facility was abandoned when the Distortus rex breached the facility in 2010, the Mutadons managed to escape and were left to roam the island freely for the next seventeen years. The first specimens bred and established a population becoming competitors for Velociraptors.

I will work on it eventually though. If you're curious as to what my thoughts on Rebirth are, I actually kind of liked it. Sure its poorly written, but its a big improvement from Dominion, which was literally just Locust ASMR. And hot take: I really liked the Mutadons. For some reason I just absolutely vibe with their simplistic designs. I just didn't like the fact that they just flat out replaced the Velociraptors and didn't do anything unique. But overall I like them. The D. rex on the other hand... yeah, I didn't like it. Headcanon for the Mutadons: they are extremely sensitive to sounds and will be driven into mad frenzies if they hear extremely loud ones (such as a firecracker)
