Press space to change the picture. Sorry about the bad picture quality, it was taken on my school iPad, on a TV that has a little bad quality, in the dark, and on the Xbox 360 edition of Minecraft, which doesn’t have the combat update.
I found out that the sand was not falling this session, so I took pictures of this glitch. This was taken on the XBox 360 edition of Minecraft. (Pay attention to only the top screen) Here’s some irony: I got hit with lightning in Minecraft INSIDE my house! How????????? 0.3 second wait time added when pressing space, so that you don’t skip pictures immediately, and it makes a slideshow if held. For those of you who don’t know Minecraft and don’t know how its physics work, almost every block can float when placed, except for sand, gravel, concrete powder, and the dragon egg. These all fall when placed above air. Now, sometimes sand and other gravity blocks can spawn above air. This can be broken by updating the blocks. Except, in this case I captured, the sand I placed down floated, and the preexisting sand was not affected. What makes this ironic is that sand is supposed to be affected by gravity, which is the only realistic thing about gravity affecting blocks, but it’s following the Minecraft rule about every other block. Here’s the simple version: sand is supposed to fall, like in real life and unlike every other block, but it did not fall, unlike real life but like every other block. There was also a glitch with water and leaves, where trying to remove the water in the leaves just didn’t remove the water. Totally unrelated in my opinion.
