You will only injure yourself. I disclaim all responsibility for these injuries. 1. Q: What got you interested in writing? A: Writing realistic fictions in school 2. Q: Did you always like writing? A: No 3: Q: What is the story that has just been sitting around in your brain, waiting to come to life? Is it just a vague idea that catches your heart, or is it already an elaborate story? A: A vague idea that either only has a beginning or only has a climax 4. Q: What makes a story catch your heart? A: Lots of action 5. Q: Do you think that there's a pattern that all good stories follow, or are they all different? A: They're all different 6. Q: Did you ever cry over your own writing? Laugh over it? Shiver over it? A: Sometimes I read a part I wrote and I laugh a little 7. Q: What do you despise in stories? A: Scary things 8. Q: What makes a story bad (in your opinion)? A: One thing is when the story has no point-it just seems very random 9. Q: Which is more important in a story: emotional depth, or an interesting plot? A: It depends on who your characters are and what genre the story is 10. Q: Is there a specific thing your stories tend to center around? (Ex: setting, personality of character, genre, ect.) A: I don't know 11. Q: Do you plan to become an author someday? A: Yes, but only for a side job 12. Q: If so, how do you think authors can influence the world for good by their writing? A: Authors can put something in their story that makes people realize something 13. Q: What are your favorite themes (morals or messages) in stories? A: Friendship maybe 14. Q: What are the cliches you hate the most? A: The "damsel in distress" 15. Q: Is there a way to make those cliches not so bad? Do you think you could do it if you set out to try? A: I don't know, but I probably won't try 16. Q: What is the genre you hate the most? A: Horror or thriller 17. Q: What if you tried to write it? What would happen? A: The story would end up NOT being horror/thriller 18. Q: What makes a character lovable? A: I like when characters start out one way and they GRADUALLY change throughout the book 19.
