Claiming rules: You can colonise the south sector if: the colonies are smaller than New Luminaris, or you started there Do not claim more than 200mly into the void unless you encircle it. You can join where it says "claims", as that is not controlled, else you can't join in existing territory, but you can rebel there if the person who owns the territory says yes. You can only colonize up to two superclusters at a time, and if you already have claims then you cannot colonize land until all of your claims are done. The land between Eridanus and Polyria is uncolonisable. You can't join as a superpower or stronger, if you join as a great power please make your country have at least one disadvantage. You can't make a great power if you already one.
