I still can't get used to the idea of getting married to a pirate! Now Lord Milori is a different story, he is much kinder and handsomer than a pirate, but back to the story. After Captain Hook said this, I was just about ready to cry! I could never be wed to a pirate! I did, however, keep a stiff upper lip. I would not cry in front of these hooligans. After what seemed like hours, the ship arrived at the Pirate's hideout. It was an old, abandoned hotel on one of the Scilly Islands off the coast of England. As soon as we docked, one of the pirates, Mr. Smee, untied me from the mast and led me down the gangplank like a gentleman. He is truly nice, the nicest out of all the pirates in fact. I was given to the pirate Starkey. He led me back to his room of the old tumbledown hotel and tied me up and left me in the bedroom to go get some food in the galley. I took advantage of this moment and set to work untying myself. It was an effort, but I freed myself after about an hour. As I was standing up, I heard the sound of footsteps approaching. "Oh Clarian, your new husband is coming!" a voice said from the hall. I didn't have much time, so I used the rope to climb out of the window and as soon as my feet hit the ground, I ran and hid in the forest. I heard the angry shouts of Starkey as I hid, he was furious! He called to the other pirates and told them I had escaped. That night, the pirates began patrolling the island and I decided I had to find a way to get back to the mainland. I snuck onto the ship to get the dinghy to escape. Even though the ship was empty, I noticed a glow coming from Captain Hook's cabin. Curious, I went to investigate. What I found inside amazed me.
