This isn't supposed to be a sad animation, it's kinda supposed to be happy and Blackbird is a telepath, so when she has red/white eyes she is reading a god/goddess/angel/demon disguised as a human's mind. Does that make sense? The story below isn't some drama, or a depressing monologue, IT IS A NORMAL ISH STORY!!! One time at school, I had this song stuck in my head. Why? I'll never know. "When I was lost one day, I found the girl in the woods, but saw only black and gray on her. No color at all, besides her smooth brown hair. She hid her face, but spoke and I could tell by her voice that she was smiling, as she asked me if I was lost. I told her I didn't need help, and I was slightly afraid, but she took me to a small inn anyway, with mysterious faces, with and without odd veils. She made me promise not to tell anybody about this place. Scared of what she might do, I nodded. Then, she took off her plague mask to talk to the lady behind the desk, to be not a monster, nor a witch, but a thirteen year old girl as friendly as you and I." - Cashier of the Mattalinn Market (Don't judge a book by its cover!) Story Blackbird is a mysterious young telepathic female who works for the secret Black Cat inn as room service, but not many know her well, personally. She also searches for missing or hurt people in the woods to take them to the inn to heal. Born with mind reading powers and a birthmark of a sailboat on her cheek, she believed she had a destiny to sail the seven seas. Her best friends are Marci and Parilla, who work with her now. Blackbird was born in the forest, "abandoned". Nobody knows where she came from. She was raised by the Black Cat Inn manager, when she found her hiding in a small cave when she was a year old. Once, she traveled to Mattalinn Town when she was ten, but when they realized she could read minds, she was accused of witchcraft and was about to be thrown into the dungeon for that and her mysterious looks, like the plague mask and the black cloak. She escaped, though, with the help of her friend Parilla, who used to be a princess but was kicked out and forgotten when the king and queen realized this. She met Marci a year later, lost in the woods and eager to get a job. Marci didn't like her older sister, who raised her. Blackbird is now thirteen and enjoys her secret job. When she's older, she will explore with her friends and discover the secret of where she came from, and maybe also make the Mattalinn people like her... I keep editing the story whyy
