和訳は下 //The Act of Union under þe Sacred Crowne// By þe Kyng. By þe Grace of God, Aldric þe Fourþ, Kyng of Celsior and of Englond, Lord of þe London Crownyard, Defender of þe Faith, and Bearer of þe Sacred Crowne. To all Archbishops and Bishops, to all Lords Spirituall and Temporall, to all Knights, Burgesses, and Our liege people, present and to come, Greeting and Goddes Grace. 【Þe Solemn Proemium（格式前文）】 Knowe ye all, þat Almightie God, who setteth kynges upon þeir seates, hath ordeyned Realmes not to stand in sundrie rule, but to be knit together under one just Crowne; And whereas peace is better preserved by union þan by division, and þe True Faith better defended by one governance þan by many discordant powers; And whereas þe Landes of Scotland, Cambria, and Northern Hibernia, by ancient kinship of peoples, by faith received, and by consent lawfully declared, do incline to be joyned and incorporated unto þe Crowne and Realm of Celsior Englond; 【Þe Royal Declaration（併合宣言）】 Therefore We, of Our certain knowledge, mere motion, and by þe Grace committed unto Us, Do declare, pronounce, and firmly establisshe, by þese Our Letters Patent, That þe said Landes of Scotland, Cambria, and Northern Hibernia, from þis present day and for ever hereafter, be, stande, and remaine fully, wholly, and inseparably united, annexed, and incorporated unto þe Crowne of Celsior Englond, to be ruled and governed by one Kyng, one Crowne, one Faith, and one Lawfull Sovereigntie, without severance or diminution of allegiance. 【Þe Clause of Governance and Faith（統治・信仰条項）】 And We do further will and ordeyne, That þe lawfull customes, franchises, and usages heretofore enjoyed within þe said Landes shall be continued and respected, so far as þey be not repugnant to þe Lawes of Celsior Englond nor to þe Doctrine and Order of þe Holy Churche of Celsior; And þat þe said Churche shall be planted, upheld, and governed within þe said Landes under þe Sacred Provinces lawfully constituted, in obedience to God and to þe Sacred Crowne. 【Þe Oath of Allegiance（忠誠条項）】 And We do straitly charge and commaunde, That all persons of what estate or degree soever, dwelling within þe said Landes, shall acknowledge Us and Our heires as þeir onely true and lawfull Sovereigne Lord, and shall be bound by oath and dutie unto God Almightie, þe Crowne of Celsior, and þe Realm united, upon paine of forfeiture and such punishment as by law is provided. 【Þe Perpetuity Clause（恒久条項）】 And þis Our Union and Incorporation We will to be taken as perpetuall and irrevocable, standing fast so long as þe Sacred Crowne endureth. 【Þe Dating and Witness Clause（発布句）】 In Witnesse whereof, We have caused þese Our Letters to be made patent and sealed with Our Great Seale.
