The whole idea is that he believes Crookedkit’s suffering could have been avoided if Goosefeather had actually killed Crookedkit instead of making his jaw broken. Now for the semi-scripted parts. I’m not going to over-direct this. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- “Guess the pack of wolves is swimming with the shark now” This should feel dominant, not chaotic. ThunderClan doesn’t have to literally be wolves, but that imagery should be there somehow. Prey turning into something hunted. The ground flooding. RiverClan overtaking. Blue shadows under water. Shellheart rising calm while everything else panics. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- “I mean you totally could have avoided all this had you just killed my son. But no.” This part matters a lot. Do not animate it like he wishes Crookedstar was dead. Instead show what could’ve been avoided. Crookedkit before everything. Goosefeather watching him, already knowing. A flash of the future. Crookedstar alone,scrared and tired. When he says “killed my son,” you can show a quick, almost peaceful image. Crookedkit fading into light. Then cut it away fast. Back to reality. Back to suffering. The point is that Shellheart thinks a quick death would’ve been kinder than years of pain. It’s twisted. It’s wrong. But it makes sense to him. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- “You are far too nice. Mercy has a price.” This is where Shellheart fully shifts. Goosefeather should feel small here. Water rising. Storm building. Shellheart steady while everything else moves. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- “When does a ripple become a tidal wave?” Crookedkit falls. Water ripples.
