This is an emulation of an Amoeba Wheel, a mechanism which allows for infinite straight lateral motion on a flat surface using multiple inter-connected straight line linkages. If you're having issues with performance, I would suggest using Turbowarp to open my project instead. To make this, I had to create an entire framework for emulating linkages in Scratch. I might fix some things and release it as a fully-fledged out editor.
I found out about Amoeba Wheels from Arglin's video at https://youtu.be/Kc0HKkjeQjk The original Amoeba Wheel was made by 今井文夫 (Fumio Imai) at https://www5d.biglobe.ne.jp/~the_imai/etymology/Trace.htm This is also where I got the dimensions from I got the formula for circle-circle intersections at pages 17 & 18 of https://www2.mathematik.tu-darmstadt.de/~ehartmann/cdgen0104.pdf Music is an instrumental called «reggae car dealership» by bill wurtz. bill wurtz keeps all of his instrumentals at https://billwurtz.com/instrumentals.html
