This is my audition to voice the news reporter in Blood Red Stairs Script: News Reporter = Me News Crew Member = no audio in my audition but it will be there for the game News Reporter: BREAKING NEWS! An infection recently broke out in Mary Rose City. Our reports show that it is either a virus like the zombie viruses in films or... It is a brain eating parasite that has a goal of the human race’s untimely demise. Now, onto news and plans from the mayor. News crew member: (Whisper) “Sir... The mayor....” (Unintelligible whispering) News reporter: “He what?” News crew member: (More unintelligible whispers) News reporter: “More breaking news. I have just been told our mayor has gone missing. Our crew assumes that if an infected person hears this news that it might use it for an advantage. Watch out. And remember, the mayor never has eyebags. Mary Rose City news out.” News crew member: (Even more unintelligible whispers) News reporter: “More news? We have been told that other than the mayor, there are no straightforward signs to an infected. Our crew suggests questioning a person before letting them in. Just trust your gut feelings and know that any person becomes infected within one minute of having an infected person near them. Stay safe. And until I must go home, I am going to stand here in case more news must be said. Mary Rose City news standing here. Silently. Forever.” News crew member: “Sir, are you sure of this?” News reporter: “Yes. I will stand here FOREVER and not move at all.” ———————————————————————- END
