Welcome to Ultra Scratchzee, my version of Yahtzee! -Rules- If you've played Yahtzee before, this game should be pretty easy to learn. The game is played over 20 rounds. Each round, you roll six eight-sided dice, and then have an opportunity to reroll some or all of them once or twice. After your rolls are locked in, click on one of the boxes, and you can write a number in one of them, which gives you points. Once you write in a box, that box can no longer be used. Point amounts depend on the box and its specific needs. Once you have written your number, all six dice are rerolled to begin the next round. After every box has been filled, the game is over. Add up your score and see how well you did! -Boxes- Ones, Twos, Threes, Fours, Fives, Sixes, Sevens and Eights: Each one of these boxes gives points equal to the sum of all dice that match their number. For example, if you rolled two 4s, you could write 8 in the Fours box. Bonus: You can't actually write in this box. Instead, it gives a 72-point bonus at the end of the game if you scored at least 108 points across the rest of the boxes in the left section (Ones through Eights.) Three of a Kind (shortened to 3OAK): Gives points equal to the sum of all six dice if you have 3 dice of the same value. (Note: all the boxes from here on out including this one will give 0 points if you do not meet their specific condition.) Four of a Kind (shortened to 4OAK): Same thing as Three of a Kind but needs 4 dice of the same value. Three Pair (shortened to 3Pair): Gives points equal to the sum of all dice if you have three separate pairs of dice with the same value value. Full House (shortened to FHouse): Gives 40 points if you have a Three of a Kind and a separate pair. Small Straight (shortened to SStrt): Gives 50 points if you have 4 dice of consecutive value. Medium Straight (shortened to MStrt): Same as above, but gives 60 points and needs 5 dice. Large Straight (shortened to LStrt): Same as above two, but gives 70 points and requires all 6 dice. Ditrio: Gives 80 points if you have 2 separate Three of a Kinds. Fuller House (shortened to Fuller): Gives 90 points if you have a Four of a Kind and a separate Pair. Five of a Kind (shortened to 5OAK): Gives 100 points if you have 5 dice of the same value. Chance: Gives points equal to the sum of all dice no matter what they are. Scratchzee (shortened to Scratch): Gives 130 points if all 6 dice are the same value. A Scratchzee will also automatically complete the condition for any box in the right section. (And for those of you wondering, there is no Scratchzee Bonus like there is the Yahtzee Bonus in Yahtzee.)
All art and code was done by me, though the idea for this game was heavily inspired by Yahtzee.
