Hi, I've been seeing a lot of questions about rankings in Pyrothys and how they work. The primary reason they have their own names and will not be using clan rank names is because they are not a clan. Hope this helps. We will be going from rankings in order of the storage organization. PHOENIX [ES] Phoenixes are the highest rank in the group, the leaders that were promoted through hard work and being promoted by other phoenixes when one retires or dies. They are in one of four categories and all of them have equal say on major changes to the group. 1. WAR AND RELATIONS 2. HEALTH AND EDUCATION 3. HUNTING AND SAFETY 4. LAW AND PUNISHMENT These are vital cornerstones of the group and when a phoenix dies or retires, at least two of the other remaining phoenixes must agree on who will take their place. BONFIRES Bonfires are any cat who is able to heal another. They are regarded very highly and they are not to be underestimated. If Phoenixes cannot agree on a next phoenix or in the lack of an ambassador to take the place of a phoenix, then a Bonfire will, either temporarily or permanently. AMBASSADORS Grown cats who have done something impressive or have worked hard enough to earn the admiration of the phoenixes; they are next in line to become a Phoenix themselves, and are respected cats of the group. At least two Phoenixes must see your cat positively and agree to rank your cat up to this ranking for it to be possible. FLAMES Average grown cats that are over or equal to 5 exp. They are the average rank. ASHES Grown cats who are under 5 exp. They are regarded harshly and almost as failures to the group for not training enough. They can exit this by gaining enough exp (via things like weekly predator or weekly quests). SPARKS Juveniles; cats aged 6-10m. They are training and learning how to help out the group more. It is every cat's job in the group to help the Juveniles learn more about the world and unique skills so they do not fall behind. FLICKERS Kits! Itty bitties. Cats who are 1-4 moons old. They are taken care of by Flickerwatchers, especially if they do not have a parent. FLICKERWATCHERS Essentially permanent queens; not restricted to any gender, and are in charge of caring for the flickers and sparks of the group, as well as being allowed to hunt and patrol and more. They just tend to be in camp more often to care for the flickers.
