Hi everyone I recently got 200 followers! thank you all but I wanted to share something with you guys...so though not properly diagnosed...I am positive I have Impostor Syndrome and even though it might have "syndrome" at the end of it, it isn't a mental illness, neither a disease..in fact...anyone can have it or get it..it's fairly common and at least 70%-80% of people go through something like it at least once in their lives, so let me explain...Impostor Syndrome Signs: so if you have extremely high, very unreachable standards, perfect, have negative thoughts on yourself and your abilities, and stress over failing...then you might have Impostor Syndrome...people who have this tend to have Atychiphobia(fear of failure) or Achievemephobia(fear of success) or both...it can be....very tough to acknowledge your achievements and talents as a person and you believe that your achievements are merely a coincidence, luck...when it's just you being successful...people with Impostor Syndrome also...tend to dislike feedback, they think it's attacking them...and people like this...are very sensitive to feedback leading to a vicious cycle...leading to intense anxiety, burnout and stress. Now I'm not an expert if you want to know more please use the link in Notes and Credits...thank you all for listening...I super appreciate it :) -Spidey-Venom
