Wait for the guy to stop talking to start reading the story, if you don't want to hear it with the song then go ahead and read ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Spinner was the first to feel the weight of the return. As he lunged, Kaelen didn’t parry; he simply stepped into the lizard-man’s space. When Kaelen’s fist connected with Spinner’s chest, the sound was sickening not a thud, but a wet, splintering crack that echoed through the hollow hall. Spinner was launched backward, his body folding at an unnatural angle before he slammed into the far wall, leaving a dark, jagged smear against the stone as he slumped to the floor, unmoving. Dabi roared, his skin smoking as he pushed his blue flames to their limit. Kaelen vanished in a flicker of black lightning and reappeared directly in Dabi's guard. He seized Dabi’s arm, and the Black-Red Void didn't just drain the fire it began to pull. Dabi let out a choked, gargling scream as the skin around his staples began to pull taut and tear, the void attempting to unmake his very physical form. Kaelen threw him aside like a broken doll, Dabi’s body hitting the ground with a heavy, limp thud, he then proceeded to use kinetic void energy to push Dabi further into the ground a gut turning crack echoed through the room, his blue flames extinguished by the overwhelming cold. Toga leapt from the shadows, but Kaelen caught her mid-air by the wrist. The pressure was immense. There was a sharp, audible snap of bone, and she dropped her knife as her hand went pale and limp. He didn't look at her; he simply backhanded her with a surge of kinetic void energy that sent her spiraling across the room, her trajectory marked by a spray of crimson droplets that hung in the air like static before the void drank them dry. Finally, he faced Shigaraki. The leader of the League was a mess of grey rot and frantic motion. As they collided, Kaelen grabbed Shigaraki’s face. The black aura hissed against the villain's skin, causing it to flake and split into raw, weeping fissures. Kaelen wasn't just fighting him; he was dismantling him. Every time Shigaraki tried to use Decay, Kaelen’s void bit back, tearing small, jagged chunks out of Shigaraki’s stamina and physical resolve. With a guttural snarl, Kaelen slammed Shigaraki into the central pillar. The impact was so violent that the villain’s head snapped back, a thin trail of dark fluid escaping his lips. Kaelen unleashed the final pulse a raw, terrifying burst of black-and-red energy that didn't just break the room; it seemed to shred the very atmosphere. The top of the tower was gone, replaced by a jagged, smoking crater. Shigaraki lay in the center, his breathing shallow and ragged, his body covered in the dark, bruised marks of the void’s touch. Kaelen stood over him, his knuckles raw and dripping with a mixture of soot and the cost of the fight. He looked like a demon carved from the night. His eyes flickered back to a dull red as the black aura receded, leaving him standing in a circle of absolute destruction. The war was now over right?
