... I made it? How did I... ? Whatever, I need to get back into the swing of things anyway. So without further ado, welcome to A Casual Test Animation Part III!!! (Part 3) Just like the previous segment, I will work on it "live" for everyone to see my progress. I will ALSO be using the new and improved PassiveBorne V.3.0 sprites to change things up a bit. Oh, and I do realize it's hard to tell the difference between the two Dude's, so I'll take some liberties with this one to make it easier to differentiate between them; For example, the 1st iteration of Dude (We'll call him Dude 1) will be bruised in the face a little, and the 2nd iteration (we'll call him Dude 2) will have a bit of damage to his hoodie, as well as a little bit of dirt and dust, making it slightly darker. In case I seemed like I was pushing it aside, I'll go ahead and say that I couldn't believe I made it to the semi-finals. I couldn't believe it to the point where I genuinely thought that there was the possibility that the names on the screen were the people who got eliminated, not the people who passed. Gee, that would've made SOOOO much sense, am I right? /s Either way, when I finally processed that I had made it, I was ecstatic! I was proud! And most of all, I was so happy that my face actually lit up when I saw my name. I did it. I made it. This was farther than I EVER thought I would get. I joined SGTIX because I thought it would be fun to try something new. I thought I was probably not going to make it that far, anyway, so I wouldn't have to worry about me failing or anything. Heh. I was wrong. VERY wrong. But not about me failing. lol Instead, I kept surprising myself at every turn, every step, every frame, every scene. I've been able to surpass something I never thought I would be able to surpass. I've figured out how to make things look good. I've realized that maybe I really AM good at this kinda thing. Not as good as I want to be, though. There are still SOO many people who are better than me, and I doubt that I will make it to their level. Doesn't hurt to try, though. And I wouldn't have tried without yall. <3 /platonic
The judges at SGTIX for giving me the opportunity to improve even more upon what I have going here. for PassiveBorne V.3.0
