so basically I was working out at this private 24h gym and It was nearing the end of their evening hours (I always go from 8 PM to midnight) It was 8pm starting their night hours and i noticed someone was acting kinda weird when I was doing my workout. I was doing a drop set starting at 50 lbs and going down (drop set was for biceps so all I did was curls) and I keep noticing this person just watching me. Lets just call him Bob. And me being stupid I left my water bottle IN THE OPEN BY WHERE I WAS WORKING OUT. I get back from the bathroom and drink my water because I ' m t h i r s t y . and I continue working out but I get to the bench press and I'm halfway through my set when I start to get dizzy. I try to put the bar back up on the rack but my arms give out and the bar slams into my right arm. I pass out and wake up when I'm being picked up into an ambulance and my arm hurts and I'm bleeding from my nose. Remember the dude from earlier? Yeah Bob. Turns out he spiked my water bottle and was going to do some bad things to me had I not been picked up by an ambulance. so back to the story!!!! I got to the hospital and they x-ray me and turns out I tore my bicep. All this happened the same time I went inactive on scratch (about 25 days ago) and I'm still healing up when I'm working out and THEN I work out too hard and geet a deep tissue bruise in my right bicep along with a slightly healed torn bicep :( so it hurts real bad and now I have to be in pain for a couple months and I cant even work out my arms for a couple months because of the injuries < / 3 :pensive: ANYWAYS YALL HAVE A GREAT DAYYYY!!!! uhhhh should I be this muscular at 15 it kinda scares me how I'm stronger than my dad anyways I'm gonna make a studio which is gonna be the GYM RATS OF SCRATCH (if u wanna join just comment on my chatroom or my profile) I love u my little raisin ♡♡♡
