So if you didn't know, I saw a WiFi named "FBI Surveillance Van" while on the road, not in a community, but just now I did some research on it, and (obviously) the FBI designs their surveillance vans to look like regular vans. So they wouldn't advertise that their van is nearby with the van's WiFi name. Its probably a prank then, but I've never seen that WiFi name in that specific location.
