Windows 8 Build 8102 is the official developer preview of Windows 8 compiled and released on September 13th, 2011, the first day of Microsoft's BUILD conference. Many features include a more finalized start screen, new pre installed metro applications like Weather, Stocks and News. Although it looks very finalized, Aero Glass is still present and the start button albeit a new design to fit the metro UI. The Start button along with the Aero Glass transparency would be removed in the RTM build. The start button would return in Windows 8.1 however.

Credits to @hirotan-account for the lock screen, start screen, metro applications and the animations. 1000 VIEWS?!!?!? NO WAY!!! LETS GOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! This is NOT the entire Windows 8 Developer Preview, this is just an emulator so don't expect every feature to be complete in this project. I'll add more functionable features when I can but right now I'm kind of busy lol. Here is the article for Windows 8 Developer Preview: https://betawiki.net/wiki/Windows_8_build_8102.101
