Instead of throwing human waves at the populus in order to radicalize them further, we address the political concerns of the nation, stating that they must not judge too soon, calling them out for choosing violence over peaceful assembly or negotiation, stating that the Elevian government has made people bring up arms against people, over concepts that don't cannot be physically touched, and how before the absorption, most rented apartments, and after the war, it's the exact same, except housing is something that is viewed as a right, and can be given out for an extremely cheap price, if not for free, since there is no more artificial inflation of housing for profit, since the new Laurentian economy prioritizes giving the hardest workers the biggest slice of the pie, whereas unrestricted capitalism is just whoever has the most control. This has made people reflect on Elevia's actions and has resulted in the condemnation of these guerillas, which basically means they are deprived of their life and fighters, since it turns out that most people don't want to give there life for something that is largely trivial, since private property alone isn't a good political motive for revolution, which additionally leaves many of these guerilla armies further disapproved, since many are likely founded with ulterior motives, such as Elevian imperialism, and anti-non human sentiment, which leaves many of these revolutionaries as further hindered by the lack of a unified goal, which leads to infighting. Additionally, Laurentians soldiers are sent not to kill or to occupy, but to de-escalate conflict bloodlessly, only resorting to force if absolutely necessary for self defense, easing people's unrest, while also further turning them against Elevia, through pointing out things that the Elevian population was already unstable about, such as the unpopular union with Aldrania and the many atrocities committed by Elevia's command. This displays how, in fact, guerilla warfare is far from undefeatable, and that many forms of offensive guerilla warfare are easy to solve even without bloodshed. Additionally, compared to the Laurentia-trained guerillas of the EDR, the guerillas possess very poor and decentralized command. It doesn't even matter though, since most of this can be solved peacefully. kinda lucky i didnt just retcon this dumb little revolution
