The Laurentian counteroffensive on the guerillas and army barely worked. The guerillas are now using Laurentian tactics against them. With Laurentia's crackdown on the guerillas being so severe that even Laurentian forces would join the rebellion, making the rebellion mainly about demanding democracy. The Aldranian tank encirclement however would be near impossible to destroy without proper anti tank equipment which you dont have. So, with the guerillas and the Aldranian forces about to split your country in two you might wanna come to the negotiation table idk
