Now THIS is a tool! A masterful craft indeed, if I do say so myself. It took quite a lengthy string of Commands to make this! Unfortunately, it has been conceptually locked by the Net, and is therefore completely impossible to replicate. The Paradigm Shifter is capable of editing patches of reality by destroying and reconstructing Paradigms. I am unsure how much can be achieved with this tool, but I have used it to create and annihilate small objects. The Aqua Regia, a Drill-sliver coil entity formed within the Extant-Null creature, is the main driving force of the tool. In essence, the entire physical body is little more than a body for the coil and a means to focus it's power. Aqua Regia seems extremely neutral, acting more like an operating system than an actual mind.
