Hold your Mouse Pointer down on the ball to spin it and release it at the right time to catch the Pokemon. Sadly, there is only three Pokemon right now but more to come soon! Also, you get one try to catch it, still have to figure out how to get it to get multiple chances. 10/18/2016: Started the Project!
