Click to advance when the clip finishes Hello, hi, long time no see In hopes to not leave you in the dark for the whole "100th project" thing, here's a status update. As you may know, the last time I posted was in April of '25. From there, I had a skim idea of what the 100th project would be. However, it took about 3 months to finalize a script. This happened for two reasons: 1. I am not an efficient writer. Whenever I write scripts for an animation as to what may happen, especially for big projects, I want it down to the last detail. I know for sure that if I'm not following a plan, I will forget what I had in mind for the animation. So, I like to pour out every detail in the script so that I can follow it to the best of my ability, so that it's as close to what I envisioned earlier. 2. IRL Stuff. Like a lot of it. It was my senior year in high school so I had to lock in for a lot of my studies. I had to study up for my Board of Review to get the rank of Eagle Scout (I passed, thankfully :]). Went on some family trips (had some time to write it on my phone, but not a whole lot). "That means you ended at about July. But what about the other months?" There was some IRL stuff to do, so I was a bit more free. I was a bit intimidated from getting the ball rolling on animating. 3 months away from it had me do a lot of unrusting. I finished the draft animations in about end of November/beginning of December. Was in the mindset of "I should do it when I'm proactive and have some sort of creative flow going, that way I'm not demotivated in the process." That "proactive" state happened between 12:00 to 1:30 AM, sometimes even 2:30 AM. It's my way of saying "the day is over, I did some fun stuff, time to go to work." Probably a bit unhealthy. Once I was done, I wanted to keep my creativity up. So, for the whole month of December, I practiced some drawing techniques dealing with anatomy and perspective, in hopes to apply it when possible for the animation. The day after Christmas (when I got back from a trip), I got hella sick. I was demotivated to do much, and (again), the process of getting the ball rolling for the tracing phase looked intimidating. Now, I'm getting out of the cold and have started to work on the animation in Turbowarp. There are about 5000 frames to go over (probably less because they're just loop motions or stills I put in to satisfy some time). Rest assured I plan to get this released. I've taken many measures to make sure I don't get demotivated when working on this. This is definitely coming out this year. Might either be a two parter due to the size or just a full out YT Video. Whichever is more convenient. Alright, that's about it. Thank you all for being patient, and I hope you enjoy it when it comes out :] Credits: 恋心は弾丸も柔らかくする by Yuji Nomi, Nichijou Canto IX Battle Theme by Studio EIM, Limbus Company (the main source of procrastination) for the building tutorial Nichijou for the beginning clip (it's peak)
