Arrow keys or WASD to move Space to spin knife and let go to throw knife in whatever direction it was pointing at. c to show PowerUps. There are four powerups: Health Pack increases your health. Shield creates a shield around you. Double Knife allows you to hold two knifes at a time. NrG increases your speed but has a 1 in 50 chance of giving you a heart attack. Enjoy.
