Welcome to Gym Simulator There are 3 things to exercise in this game. Your arms by lifting weights, your legs by running on a treadmill, and your abs by doing sit-ups. Press 1 to go to the weights. Press up arrow to exercise Press 2 to go to the sit-up mat. Press up arrow to exercise Press 3 to go to the treadmill. Hold left arrow to exercise To leave the certain exercise, press the Space bar After you reach a certain amount in the certain exercise, you won't be able to get more until you level up your strength by doing the other exercises To get more strength you have to get 30 in each exercise. The number you need to get adds up by 10 each time you get more strength
