They are a Killjoy OC I made a few days ago and I love them so much <3 They are in fact autistic and were an experiment of BLI before literally being thrown into the dumpster and that's when Party Poison found them and basically adopted them, they have selective muteism and will only talk with Party alone, and its relatively rare. Party basically serves as a translator for them and the rest of the group. There's a lot more details to their lore but that is basically the summary.
