Before you read those instructions, please read the instructions for HOE1. Now, click those in the left downer corner. Who do you want to be? The green troops are yours. The red ones are your enemy's. If your or your enemy's troops die, they will automatically respawn after 15 seconds. The stars are capitals. Take your enemy's capital to win.
