Riri was the first to arrive, falling face-first onto the floor. The floor rippled like Riri was a rock that had been dropped into a lake. "OW!" He yelped, groaning as he sat up. – A while later, a lady appears, crouched down. "Whoa... this isn't the forest." She looked around and yelped when she saw Riri sitting there. Riri suddenly lunged at her, pinning her to the floor. "WHO ARE YOU? WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!" but the lady screamed in response, pleading for Riri not to hurt her. "Please don't hurt me!" Riri scowled, sitting Cloris up. "I won't, unless you tell me who you are!" The lady whimpered again. "I-I'm Cloris! I don't even know what, or who you are! You look scary..." she muttered, shaking with fear. Riri's yellow eyes narrowed, still feeling suspicious. But, he got off of her and stretched his arm out to help her up. "You don't know what I am? Where are you from?" Cloris got up and dusted herself off. "I'm from... a haven. There's a war between my home country and their long-time nemesis. Oria is my home, and they are in a war with Sando." Riri tilted his head. Those certainly weren't countries where he was from. He was from Undara, the kingdom of slights. "I'm from Undara. I've never heard of Oria and Sando." Cloris tilted her head this time. "Really? I haven't heard of Undara before." As soon as the lady was going to speak, another person appeared. It seems to be a child, probably around 11 or 12, judging from their height. "Whoa- This isn't the cave..." Cloris smiles and heads over. "Hey there. I'm Cloris, and that's... uh, did we introduce ourselves?" Riri shook his head, not wanting to be here at all. He would actually be rather stuck in a lecture and being yelled at by Jina, other than two random people he had never met before. When Riri didn't answer, Cloris sighed. "Well, whoever that is, I'm pretty sure he won't hurt you. I'm Cloris. What's your name?" The child blinked. "Gehia. I'm a magician." Cloris smiled, trying to remember their name. "Can you do tricks?" Gehia nodded. "Y-yeah, but I don't feel like it… Where are we?" Cloris didn't answer, since she didn't know herself. Riri sighed. "We don't know, kid, trust me. I would love to know where we were right now." Cloris grumbled at Riri. "You don't have to be so mean about it, I know..." The slight rolled his eyes and looked away from the younger ones. "Kids..." Suddenly, a blue portal opened up and a tall god appeared. The figure seemed to be made of galaxies of sorts, having very undistinguished eyes. “Oh my. This… is not what I expected,” they said, having a surprised look on their face. “Hm. You are… all mortals, yes?” they asked. Riri scoffed. “Like you aren’t one?” The tall person nodded. “I am the God of Time, slight. I haven’t seen any of your kind in years, believe it or not. I am Aion, and you?”
515 words for 800 pts ~~ i pulled out my old series called AMWF or "A Meeting With Fate" where the god of time, a healer, a lizard assassin and a teenage wannabe magician's fates are tied together by the Goddess of Fate of The Threader of Demise, to her liking. The four are forced to go through trials of... stuff (NOT SPOILING IT OFC!!) and in the end, they fwends!! (like GOTG i mean??) Riri: lizard he/him. Slights are humanoid lizards that have yellow eyes with black scleras. They are somewhat blind in the day yet see perfecting in the night. Jina is his mentor. Around 24 in human years. Cloris: healer she/her around 23 in human years Gehia: magician he/they (they/them for the period of this chapter) around 11-14 throughout AMWF Aion: god of time, he/they (originally they/them but he/him to avoid confusion for me) if wants to be human, around 25 years but yk as the god of time he's OLD. ~~ edit: i turned comments on if you guys want more of this lol!!
