so, I was literally just staring at my laptop for about 30 minutes, doing absolutely nothing but just sitting there, reading comments. (thanks for the supportive comments btw) this whole thing probably cost me another 30 minutes of my life. tldr; I wasted an hour of my life doing all of this with an overheating laptop as well
