So last time I talked about/released images from my Spider-Man comic, I had a lot of art for the issue done (with my old art style) and the first three issues relatively planned out and scripted. I haven’t worked on the art in a LONG time, and hadn’t worked on scripting stuff until just yesterday, where I revised the first three issues, combined the first two, tweaked some dialogue, added a scene or two, and scripted most of issue four. I feel like with these changes I’ve made, especially in the overall tone and action, I have to restart the art, most likely with a different art style, one that can hold more detail and convey more emotion. And to apologize for this delay, here’s some (mostly) new story + character details about the comic series: -it takes place around a year after the death of Gwen Stacy and Norman Osborn (happened on the same day) -Peter won’t actually be shown being Spider-Man until probably issue 4 or 5, as a huge part of the series is Peter choosing to deal with his trauma and help others instead of running away from the Spider-Man mantle and the memories that come with it -a lot of the designs will be relatively similar to their original Marvel Comics counterparts, with small changes to fit their character and their surroundings -some iconic Marvel characters will have (plot relevant, of course) cameos, including the Fantastic Four -I’m writing the scripts in the format of an animated series, as that’s the stuff I grew up on and have always wanted to work on, but It’ll be easily adaptable into really anything (if making it a show doesn't work out it can just be a comic or book, for example) (it’ll prob still be a comic, just wanted to mention this) That’s all for now, I hope I’ll be able to release some character designs and art soon!
