Alr, NEW BATCH SOLVED!.. By other people. To be fair, I translated the first part, and It’s only getting more complex. But that’s not the point, so thanks to y’all for deciphering it, and here are the new parts: “Look deeper. Hubris will only take you so far. For all your hate and abhorrence, your soul still perseveres. Man, in his infinite sin, still dreams?” “Yet, the blood kin and the diseased shamble for a lick of sustenance? You ignore the laws of the natural order, raise your deceased, and defy the lords that loved you? You think that in all your wisdom, you are better than nothing? You truly, whole-heartedly believe that you are superior, simply because you can reach your inner potential? You truly think that? These so-called "lords"... I will show you who the true lord of lords is.” (I don’t know if there’s anything else to decipher, so please tell me!)
New theories (again, probably wrong, but who cares?): 1. “Blood kin” and “the diseased” is 100% talking about the creatures shown in MOTHER and DISEASE. Also, I believe that both of these creatures are probably the product of resurrection, either gone wrong or not; both are skeletal in appearance, DISEASE talks about death and rebirth, the blood kin are always craving Mother’s blood (which could be seen as a way to fuel their bodies and finally make them whole), etc. 2. The person talking in the translated section is either the Lord of Lords or someone who worships them, as shown by “These so-called "lords"... I will show you who the true lord of lords is.” In LORD, the Lord of Lords is called a hateful child and the people think he is “the darkness between us…” I’ll elaborate on this in the following paragraph. 3. I believe that, plain and simple, the Lord of Lords represents death/loss. The people that are being ruled by the other lords are obviously afraid of the concept, as they’ve figured out a revival process and also seem to be reviving the other lords themselves. Of course they’d demonize the Lord of Lords, they’re scared of him taking away everything they love! To add fuel to this, Mother being revived could explain why she comes back at the end of her mini-story, maybe that’s when they finally figure it out. 4. Father appears to be the Lord of Mind and Mother appears to be the Lord of Beasts. Both are inherently natural things that people live with— so the Lord of Lords “taking them away” would obviously be seen as bad by the people. But, in reviving both of them (or maybe JUST mother? We don’t hear about Father being revived, and that could represent the people literally going insane trying to cope with this loss), the people are breaking the natural order of things. Death is the most natural thing besides life, and you can’t change that no matter how hard you try. 5. The new stories could fit a lot of the descriptors— I could see LORD most likely being hatred (since they despise the Lord of Lords), AWAKE is probably Treachery (because they’re defying both nature and the Lord of Lords), and SHADOWS might be the hardest to figure out. It could be Cowardice because the people are unwilling to admit their wrongs and listen to the Lord of Lords, it could be Intelligence because it says they hold that above all else, and I’m just gonna need more time to think on it. 6. In the final section of AWAKE, in Latin, it says that they have to pay a “small price” to keep the Lords alive. And given the whole theme of betraying your own in SHADOWS, it’s safe to say that it’s not really a small price. They’re sacrificing their fellow man to keep these Lords alive, simply because they’re scared. The Lord of Lords has every right to be angry, honestly. Maybe the sacrificed people are the blood kin? Maybe the creature in disease is another type of sacrificed?? Who knows. 7. A smaller detail, but one I noticed; the photo used for the studio’s thumbnail is shattered flower symbol, and flowers often represent life. In LORD, we see the people praying to that exact symbol. Coincidence? I think NOT— 8. In summation, I think this entire story is about loss and its effects. The people of this “paradise” (which isn’t truly perfect anyways) can’t handle the death of their rulers, Mother and Father. In a desperate bid to take the pain away, they sacrifice the people around them, bringing them back but at a cost. They’re most likely in pain, and the people themselves fall into sin— but that doesn’t matter. As long as they’re still here… Right? THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE THEY’RE STILL HERE—
