Flag: your choice Home Planet/Capital: just say the planet, has to be there already and capital = name. In description include Population, fleet size, space agency stuff, army and military size, and anything u wanna add! Fleets smaller than 32 ships, and prefereably name what kind each are. Max of 25 war-dedicated ships.
