Oh: The Party Planner! *transforms* Villain Name: The Party Planner Akumatized Object: His Boov-Pad Powers: Party Planner can force people to go to his mandatory parties by shooting them with his bubble wand, if they refuse to go to his mandatory parties, he will freeze them. Party Planner can tap a specific sequence on his Boov-Pad to emit a low-frequency sonic wave. Anyone caught in the radius must immediately perform a synchronized dance routine. He can fire bursts of "hard-light" confetti from his wand. When these land, they expand into sticky, colorful restraints that bind people who try to flee the dance floor. If a person tries to leave the party zone, their bubble automatically floats them back to the center of the festivities. The Party Planner can spray a shimmering, pink mist similar to Princess Fragrance’s spray. However, instead of making people serve him as "servants," this scent makes victims dangerously happy. Those who inhale it become "Party Zombies." They lose all desire to fight or resist, becoming so obsessed with "having a good time" that they will actively block others, thinking they are trying to "ruin the vibe." The Miraculers might have a hard time with this one.
