────୨ৎ──── n o t e ────୨ৎ──── I started writing this poetry collection halfway through December, feeling incredibly lonely — I live in the Southern Hemisphere, so I was on vacation and had no one to talk to —, and wrote the fifth poem about a week ago, feeling like my life had just aquired this new feeling to it, as if I was in 1908 seeing a movie in color for the first time ever. Writing poetry, for me, goes like this: I make some kind of “diary entry”, and I pick very specific feelings and write poems on them. I wrote the fifth poem and then wrote the fourth one — “do i deserve to feel that way?” is a question answered by “little bird flying”, and the answer is: yes, you do. You deserve to feel that and every single other feeling in the world; you deserve to love whatever you love and hurt for whatever you hurt. ────୨ৎ──── c r e d i t s ────୨ৎ──── ❤︎ Code: @PoemFlower ❤︎ Design, writing: @BewitchedMisty (me <3) ❤︎ Music: Nocturne (interlude) by Laufey
