70 billion tyranors were dropped into the dropnus warzone, they lost 30 billion on the way down due to AA guns but a large majority were able to come down behind enemy lines and are surging towards the back lines of the enemy, they have been ordered to not attack any of nervia forces or Gondor forces but other than that they will attack any one they cross, in the atmosphere the one leviathan classes loom above as well as 3 skull titans (and then a couple million other ships)
