do 10 pushups, if you can do 15 then do 15. do 3 sets of that and take a 30 second to 60 second break between sets. After done with that take 2 minute break to drink some water and look in the mirror if ur feeling up to it. After that do 30-50 sit-ups (no time limit) make sure to be doing at least 5-10 sit-ups in a row without stopping to assure more muscle gain. Im kinda sore right now and I'm currently making some music to rap to so I'm gonna be lazy and let u guys go off with an easy start, but my workouts will progressively get harder and harder
