♥ Sorry, this is not a mobile friendly project! ♥ ·°.✦·°·.~Instructions~·.°.·°✦·.°· I tried to put basic instructions in the project, but for those of you who want more detail: • Click green flag • Type in 1 or 2 ○ 1 gives you a random quote turned into a cryptogram. ○ 2 will prompt you for a message and then encrypts what you entered. • Wait for cryptogram to appear • click it quickly 3 times and then hit ctrl + c to copy your cryptogram to your device ·°.✦·°·.~FAQ~·.°.·°✦·.°· Q. What is a cryptogram??? A. A cryptogram is a type of cipher where each letter of the alphabet is replaced by another random letter. Every time a letter appears in the plaintext, it is replaced by it's corresponding random letter until the message is turned to gibberish Q. How do I decrypt the cryptogram? A. Cryptograms can be decrypted by guessing which letters go where and trying them out. Looking up the most common letter combinations in the language it's in (in this case English) can help give you an idea of where to start. You can crack them with pencil and paper, or there are some website that (I think) make it easier by replacing a letter with your guess every time it appears in the text. One specifically designed for kids is https://cryptoclub.org/#vAllTools (They call it a substitution cipher. That means the same thing as cryptogram.) Q. My question isn't here! I found a bug! I have a quote I want added the project! A. Reach out to me in the comments! I'm always open to feedback and questions! OoOoOoHhHh.... What could this be? CQAAT!
