I based this design off of a Green Sea Turtle. Since the sprite has a flatter shell and floats on its stomach, I wanted to show more turtle representation! #turtlerepresentation #pokemonthunderhype "Why didn't you add fins?" Because it wouldn't be a Squirtle.
