Finally the full final design for Neo is completed for all four phases! Normal, Crying Dahlia, half-stardust, Final Stardust form, Final Stardust (glow) form, art (recent art post). Backstory: Neo's real name was Stellar, she was an orphan, As Stellar, she was curious, happy and playful, she became abducted by the shady organization called The Astros. She became test subject #42, as a Test Subject she was alone but in torturous experiments. One day, she managed to escape, during her escape, she fell inside the liquid known as Stardust. The most deadliest virus ever created in history, which turns the host evil seeking to destroy everything, but because she FELL inside Stardust She went into slumber inside the liquid for 200 million years. She wasn't able to age, grow, or gain consciousness. But, after the Great Galaxy War started, it caused a SUPER shockwave that awoke Stellar. She opened her eyes for the first time in 200 million years, but because she was in slumber for so long she had severe memory loss and lost all her memories of her past. After climbing out of the liquid her hair changed to dark red, eyes silver, and the grayish circle emblems on her cheeks. Her skin became more paler, but she had no idea who she was or where. After waking up from the slumber and climbing out she realized she in a lab, she had no idea she was a test subject, but she found one of the former (dead) scientist's name; Neo, and identity. So, she gave herself the name Neo, after exiting out the laboratory/factory, she saw how much the world changed despite not knowing how it looked back then she could feel it changed to more modern and futuristic, with curfews and people struggling to survive. But, she couldn't stay like this forever, so Neo wandered the Earth for 175 days until the day she met Riley. An Agent for the E.O.T.A (Enemies of The Astros.) after they had a talk and got along, Neo became an agent on the same field a Riley. Neo became cold, silent, introverted, often never speaking, but also sometimes goofy. As to where her story leads in Rewind End.... You will have to find out.
