Another Music Project for one of my favourite Planes: The Concorde! Just Listen to This Masterpiece... This is based on classical music from the 80s and 90s, and also based on the Thomas and Friends Classic Series, and then finally mixed with the British Airways advert for the Concorde.

I thought I'd give this the modern treatment and update the mix a bit. I think I'm just addicted to adding horn sections on my tracks now, which gives the feeling that it's the 'big send off' towards the end. Even though I had done the 'Sudwave' thing before this, I always felt it was this one that really kicked off the sound. The arrangement set the foundation for a couple of others after it (Synthopolis, Cosmic Highway, Returning Home). The inspiration for this was 'Don't You Forget About Me', that quintessential 80's track by Simple Minds. I've always loved that song.
