Hi everyone! As you already know my name is wall and here I am introducing not only my design TOS but also (in the future at least) kit requests! This project will be used to keep tabs on my designs, in storage or that are being used and a place to redirect people who have my designs on what they can and cannot do with my designs! These apply to all previous and future kit designs I’ve done for TSS. Now without further ado.. my TOS! (Terms of service) Keep in mind this could be subject to change. - - - ★ The kit must live to 30 moons, if they die before that the design will be returned to me. If the cat dies of inactivity, even if they’ve reached past 30 moons, the design will go back to me. If the user is banned from TSS, or I am uncomfortable with the user who had won or had been given my design, the design will go back to me. I expect credit for my design on character ref projects, you are free to use their litter art in the project but I also expect credit for that too. If you want to put your cat on another site, IE: TH or artfight, please include a link back to me! No major changes to my designs! Scarring, loss of limbs, accessories, and other irp methods are perfectly fine and allowed, but for minor changes I request to be asked first. These are primarily for TSS, if you wish to use them for another roleplay id like to be notified! It’s likely I won’t be against it but I’d appreciate being asked first. If you have questions just ask lol - ★ That’s not all tho! Sometime in the future I will also be opening kit requests, not now tho I’m eepy.
