The map of the dark lands. Each place contains dark shadowy monsters and its own negative effects. These negative effects will take a toll on your characters brains depending on what area you choose. The goal is to make it to the centre eventually so everyone is contained in one place. Map: - the positions of each placement. End: - description: a field very subtly being overtaken by pollution, by far the most beautiful place in the dark lands. Negative effects include: slow withering of body the longer exposed to the field, flowers growing inside one’s body, an inability to visualise c0rpses, mental blocks to danger. - no monsters. However ghosts roam around, mostly overcome by wildflowers. City: - description: a foggy place that at first appears to be a city, however changes and warps the deeper you go, twisting into stone pillars and locking those away. Negative effects include: temporary body shutdowns, inability to run, fatigue and s!ckness from exposure to germs. -monsters include barbaric shadows that take the form of stray dogs and cats, lifeless zombie like beings made of rubbish. Forest: a ‘forest’ where the deeper you go, it becomes more and more apparent that the trees are actually made out of plastic, glue and ‘human’ c0rpses rather than wood. Starting in a cabin that is made out of thin bone walls. Negative affects include: a feeling of being chased or hunted, a permanent stench of d3ath, a constant sound of bird chatter that may drive forest starters to insanity as it grows louder and louder the further you are from the cabin. Monsters include: wolves made out of wire, vultures, violent creatures similar to not! Deers. Void: -description: a giant crater made out of ice spikes, the further you go down, the closer you reach the void. The bottom of the world. Negative effects include: constant fatigue, frostbite, fears of open spaces, icicles growing inside of skin, temporary episodes of blindness. -monsters include: icicles slowly distracting the human brain as they twist into inconceivable patterns so that a player will be tricked into falling into the void, the void mass. Centre: - at the centre of the dark lands, reveals a train station. Here the producers voice grows louder and as you sit down at one of the benches, you begin to get the off feeling that a train is never going to come and bring you home. Negative effects include: not included. - no monsters recorded but shadows and ghosts reflect in the stagnant water of puddles and glass windows. Hospital: - description: a sterile environment where everything seems a bit off. You wake up chained to a hospital bed, bright lights blaring in your face, the only light you will come across in the entire building. Negative affects include: paranoia, illness, anxiety, a constant feeling that needles are under your skin. - monsters include the nurses and doctors that examine your struggles, they look like inhuman void masses and will attack you if they hear your voice, blind. Lake: - description: a inverted lake that has a black and white sky, white plants and grass and a dark shadowy lake where the bodies are covered and hid. Negative affects include: hallucinations, nightmares, a knocking on your brain from the ghosts who lurk. - has a strange bond with the mirrors dimension and has reflective glass shards floating in its diseased water. - monsters include: flesh eating fish, vengeful spirits, void masses covered in tiny pieces of glass. Mirrors: - description: a dimension completely filled with mirrors. Showing you the memories you no longer have constantly on rewind trying to drive you insane with its monotonous nature. Negative affects include: disorientation, sudden bursts of violence, a fear of mirrors, glass shards slowly consuming your skin. - they say there is a dark inky river that trails through the centre collecting the shards of glass from broken mirrors.. Circus: - description: an abandoned circus, once filled with joy, now overcome by a hot wave of scorching heat. Negative effects include: skin slowly burning the less covered you become, hallucinations, sudden jerky changes in your mindset. - monsters include: haunted children wandering the festival grounds, ringmasters dragging around battered d3ad animals.
