And that doesn't mean you should go all rainbow eye bleeding colors. 4. Try to stick to a color palet! Try to be consistent with the use of colors! I shouldn't see the tail blue, the body red, and the head green! 5. Make a background! 6. Minor changes to the lineart can be made, just keep the balloon. 7. Make it all happy! There shouldn't be blood or gore or any of that!. 8. If you read all the rules, try to incorporate your username into the comment, and it has to look natural! TIPS Try to shade and highlight! Don't go TOO crazy with the patterns! You can change the music, as long as it's still cite! Use different programs! And have FUN!!!
