CONTENT= --- the past five days or so, i've been hearing a lot of noise coming from the main chambers. i couldn't make out what it was, but it definitely gave me more reason to keep hiding in the maintenance tunnels. but today it was silent, so i came out to check. it's all empty. no walking monsters, no oyster-esque creatures hiding in the cracks and crannies of the walls- just. a lot of bloodstains everywhere. it reeks of iron and rot in every single room i can access i suppose that means i can enter the main tunnels now without getting chased or ambushed since all the monsters are gone but i. i feel even LESS safe now. why did they all vanish all of a sudden?? what even caused this?? is there a gas leak suffocating everything?? is there a food shortage?? if there's a bigger monster going around and culling the others i surely would've seen it by now it's a lot easier to traverse the main chambers, but i definitely can't stay in them for too long on another note, i've found some possible clues for that weird heart pedestal puzzle! no way of translating it all yet, though. maybe i'll find a cipher machine of sorts around here. it's surprising how much junk is found laying around these parts that's all for today's post have a good night! ^ ^ ---
