An age of great industrialization has come upon the HEW. To compete with the PCRC, the drive for territory is accelerated to ensure that our spot among the strongest remains. Careful planning must happen to keep our strength high, and resources don't run out. We are in the process of carving out a spot for us to build from that will be safe from others' expansion. To begin with, factory automation processes have accelerated as the hive mind system is hammered down and fully developed. Factories will begin focusing on ship production to colonize new lands. Combined with the mining production increase, factories are able to pump out higher-quality ships at high rates. Similarly, food production has gone up and is being distributed more quickly. Rather than waste time growing food in agri-domes, we opt to grow it in a lab with high efficiency. Making our already fast-growing food even faster to produce. Finally, with the collapse of Stardom, many of the population is left displaced. We send people to the late Stardom territory to establish contact and convince them that we will help them. Utilizing their loss of work and a proper home, we lie to get them on our side. If we manage to do this, we would be given access to city plans, factories, and mines, which, if possible, would aid colonization of the area significantly. We also use the military technology we find to strengthen our own military. Rumors of powerful machines have been circulating, and if it is true, it will be found.
