*Apologies if this mutes out, I compressed it quite a few times already but it might still be silent (sry)* Hi everyone, its been another really long while since I posted anything again :/ Huge Waffle: I started college recently and got swamped with work, but I'm on a very short break since we did a load of internal exams, so I thought I'd post something which I got into recently. Over Christmas I got a MIDI Keyboard and a really good pair of headphones, and I started producing music. This is only the second track I have made, and I still don't understand concepts like balancing a mix, compression or eq so I kinda just adjusted the volumes for now lol. My tracks still sound rly bad tho :/ Hopefully I'll get better in time, I was happy enough with how this came out that I'm posting it anyway. Everything in this was made from scratch (not Scratch btw) using the free DAW Waveform (would HIGHLY recommend to anyone starting out in music, very intuitive and easy to use :D), although I did some research into jazz chord progressions so that I had something to start off with. I did also get a load of professional instrument presets along with my keyboard which helped me get off the ground super quick which I'm really grateful for :D It has quite a nostalgic feel to it, which is why I made this out of sprites from the sprite library. It took ages to compress the file enough to upload it here so hopefully it won't mute out when I share it :') Hope you enjoy the tune, its about 2:50 long. Thanks again for stopping by, -Shortz-
