After this, he ran into Ryomen Sukuna after he had taken over Megumi's body and lost for the second time; this time, his Cursed Tool was destroyed, and he lost an eye before escaping. The potency of this poison depends on the amount of CE that it has stockpiled, and at maximum, it can be traded out for a deadly toxic gas or raw, ultra-dense CE. Ikagi can also treat Rui like one of his constructs, increasing its size and giving it special properties, as well as giving it extra limbs. The way Ikagi escaped Yuta was by making Rui absolutely enormous, then releasing a massive burst of toxic gas into the ground.
