The fairies and I flew for the rest of the night and ended up landing on the mystery island. However, the pirates watched us take off and were following us. Thankfully, they didn't know that the island we were going to was magical. We landed on the island and made our way to the middle of the island where a tree was with Pixie Dust spilling out of it! We had made it to the middle of the island! I was about to make a wish to take me home since the fairies would live here on the island now, when Captain Hook and his pirates burst through the woods into the clearing we were in! "Naughty girl, did you really think you could escape from us?" Captain Hook said to me. "Yes, I did, and I am not afraid of you! I have some new friends." My fairies friends flew out from behind me and Captain Hook was shocked. I then shouted my wish, "I WISH FOR THIS TO BECOME A MAGICAL ISLAND WHO CAN THINK AND PROTECT WHOM IT FINDS WORTHY!" The tiny island shook and grew until it was quite large, and the pirates were thrown back onto their ship. After all the excitement, I started to glow! The other fairies watched in awe as Pixie Dust became a pair of wings which attached permanently to my back, and it also formed a dress over me. Then a golden Pixie Dust Crown settled on my head. The other fairies curtsied before me, except Vidia who seemed annoyed. I then realized that I had just become the queen of the fairies! I named the island Neverland because all those who dwell on it never grow up. ____________________________________________Over the next few weeks, fairies of all talents came to live in Pixie Hollow, which is the section of the island that the fairies live in, well hidden from Captain Hook and his pirates. Ever since then, more fairies have been born of laughter and came to live on Neverland. And that is my tale. I never knew I would become a fairy, but I do remember what was written at the end of the book about this magical island. Only a girl with a pure heart can become a fairy if she makes a wish for the good of others. And that is exactly what happened. Wishes can come true for those who deserve it.
